Loop Tech specializes in closed loop geoexchange systems. Typical bores are made between 250' and 300' with a HDPE loop installed. Loop Tech has the capability to drill 500' holes and use up to 1-1/4" loops. Grout is pumped into the hole to seal and provide for a thermal conductive path.
Loop Tech has done extensive research into the performance of different grouts. We have assisted a State agency in reviewing test results over a period of years and making recommendations on grout performance. This information combined with our experience let us to only recommend and will use "high thermal conductivity grout' to insure our customers have the best in class geoexchage performance.
