Ralph, a graduate of Baylor University, is a licensed driller, and has personally designed, drilled and managed the installation of several hundred systems. He is certified by the National Ground Water Association as a service contractor and has studied geothermal loop procedures at Oklahoma State University and Ohio State University. He is recognized as a leader in the industry and holds numerous certificates of achievement in pump and equipment service, socket and butt fusion, and other specialties associated with geothermal technology. He has provided formal instruction on the technology and served on numerous boards. Ralph has and continues to bring innovation to the company and industry. He is a key contributor in advancing the idea of Geoexchange into an global industry. Ralph has served as President for the Texas Ground Water Association. He was also the first drilling contractor to serve on the IGHSPA board.
Russell V. Buras - Owner & President
Russell is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has held a variety of executive positions in corporate, mid-stage, and start up technology ventures. He has a successful track record in managing and growing technology based companies. Russell joined Loop Tech International in 2007 due to the increased demand in commercial Geoexchange implementations. He has completed Geothermal Heat Pump Systems and IGSHPA Accredited Installer Training from the Iowa Energy Center.
